International Shipping
If you are ordering from anywhere other than mainland UK then your item will typically arrive within 2-5 working days.

Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return your item for any reason then simply get in touch within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund.
Please be aware that once a ring has been resized or altered it is no longer eligible for return. This is also applicable to rings that we have resized on your behalf before shipping.
Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.
Please be aware that all earrings cannot be subject to standard return policies due to hygiene and sanitation issues.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Ring Sizing
Ring resizing is a relatively easy process and can be completed in as little as a few days.
The time to complete the resizing depends on the increase or decrease in the size required. For small adjustments this is a relatively simple process that can be done without adding any additional material to the ring.
For larger sizes and ring enlargements this can mean adding material, whether this be gold or platinum depending on the ring make and style. Please contact us to discuss any questions regards to costs and timescales.
